In it's most purest form on the battle front, the formation was known as a Phalanx.
But this should also represent the learning process.
By utilizing the many minds involved with group teaching you can thus have that many perspectives to help advise the individual[s] unable to learn the concept[s] actively being taught. The key is to keep the group from progressing without the group while as a group. But as individuals they can make their own decisions and not worry about the group. Also, it is good to facilitate open characterization of similarities to other concepts with group-activity as it's cornerstone. For several reasons..
- You create Affinity for the activity
- You create Associations to future and new activities
- You create Appeal to the unity of the group
- You create Apprehension awareness to those who already grasp the concept
There is a big difference between trying to make a universal concept and a concept that is ideological universal. The goal here is the former.. As I am not trying to express this only as a combat or intellectual study mannerism but rather a foundation for a way of life. It entails the most important principle in the world and the First stone to the Fundamental Foundations. Which is Love.
You can then:
- Find ways to resolve conflict in much more productive manners even without the group
- Instill the principle of cooperation by showing how to compliment instead of compete
- Multiply energy output by providing 'slack' or 'spotting' support in case of failure/overexertion
- Create a universal response that consequently provides method to sync reaction timing and type
- Utilize instincts to intuitively learn new methods and to train/integrate new individuals to the group
